Chili-Cilantro Dressing

• 1 4 oz can chopped green chilis
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1 - 2 gloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon honey

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
