ALMOND FRUIT SMOOTHIE

During those lazy hazy days of summer or just anytime you want a naturally good, nutritious, lowfat no sugar added drink, this is it. This recipe source is the Almond Board of California.

Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice

1 cup frozen peaches

1 small peeled banana cut into 1-inch chunks and frozen

2 Tbs slivered almonds, toasted

Directions:

Add juice to electric blender, then add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Serves 1
