Nutty Fruit Salad
A delicious way to help you meet your daily intake of nuts and fruits. This recipe is low in cholesterol and sodium.
8-3/4 oz strawberries, cut-up
1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2-2/3 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/4 lb blueberries, or blackberries
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1/2 cantaloupe, cut into chunks
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
